Language Arts - We use a reading program called Fundations. This program provides our phonics skills which help with reading fluency and spelling. Every child will receive 30 minutes of Fundations whole group instruction daily. We also use the EL Open Up Reading Program.
Math - Our school uses the EVERYDAY MATH program also published by McGraw Hill. The Everyday Math program aligns with the Common Core State Standards. This program also offers students individual log-in and passwords for home use to access their online games and supportive math information. The Student Reference Book is a fantastic resource also available to our class online. The SRB helps explain skills and concepts taught in the classroom..
